Located in the suburbs of Beijing, this project covers a GFA of approximately 300 square meters. With "Modern Pastoral" as its aesthetic foundation, the design skillfully manages the adjacency between the two residences, ensuring absolute privacy for each family while reconstructing a warm, cohesive neighborhood relationship. Spatially, the layout meticulously refines the generous scale of a five-bedroom configuration to fully accommodate the complex needs of multi-generational living. Embraced by front and rear courtyards, the architecture employs a transparent facade language to maximize the infusion of natural light and garden views, crafting a modern sanctuary that balances independence with natural poetry.
