This urban design project in Wuhan leverages a highly efficient TOD system to create a multi-dimensional and inclusive new urban living room welcoming to all. The master plan highly integrates diverse urban functions, including commercial, office, hospitality, cultural arts, and exhibitions. Through rational spatial organization, culture, commerce, and workspaces interact deeply, establishing a 24/7 vibrant block that seamlessly merges industry and city life. It serves not only as a new city business card stimulating urban vitality but also as a diverse commercial and landscape landmark, offering an ideal spiritual journey for the metropolitan population.
